A provider key is an identity credential, not a promise of free usage. A model can have a zero token rate while the provider still applies sign-up rules, quotas, feature charges, or terms for personal and commercial use. These details can change, so confirm them at the linked provider before sending important data or relying on a quota.
No. The price is one part of access. The provider may apply account, quota, concurrency, feature, or availability limits.
No. Create keys directly with each provider. Never share a private key with this site or post it in a public repository.
